Our Story

My Grandpa has always made jerky during the holiday season for all the grandkids for as long as I can remember. We all loved it and fought over it, so a few years ago I asked Grandpa if I could try my hand at it. Of course he helped in every way he could, and with some help from Grandma, we were off! After a few attempts I really enjoyed the process. Now, after a few years of making it, creating new flavors and trying new meats, I have decided I want to share it with the world! So I introduce to you Beef’d Up Jerky! We will start with 8 flavors of beef jerky, with many more on the way. Wild game jerky will also be added to our selection down the road.
